I've never seen an option in SW to place an arrowhead on a detail view leader. Hopefully someone will have more information, but I wouldn't spend too long searching for a fix. If you HAD to do it: Make a detail view with the No Leader option. Then manually draw in a Multi-Jog Leader (under insert - annotations).
