Web30 de jun. de 2024 · If one of the sticks was actually faulty, the system wouldn't boot with only it installed (it refusing to make use of that DIMM doesn't change if its the only one installed), so that's ruled out. In other words, something between the OS and the DIMM must be faulty. Which means memory controller or board. Web6 de fev. de 2024 · When setting up iCUE it only detects 3 of the 4 sticks, and the iCUE software shows that it is the slot second to the right of the CPU that is missing. The actual stick that isn't working is actually the third slot from the CPU. I swapped sticks and it was still the 3rd slot that isn't detected by iCUE. The RAM itself is all working, and shows ...

If you’ve built your own PC or just installed RAM yourself , it’s also possible that the RAM isn’t compatible with your motherboard for some reason. Web2 de nov. de 2024 · Its a 5600X in a MSI Mortor B550 board. I used Curcial ballistix memory (2x 8G). On boot the MB has LED indicators for any issues and with both sticks in slots 2 and 4 it failed on DRAM. Both sticks work fine as a single stick in Slot 1 or 2 and as 1 and 2, but anything in 3 or 4 (single or as a pair) fails, Slot 1 only = ok.
WebHi everyone I am having some issues with iCue and my RAM, I own 16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB (not the new pro one, the one before that) and iCue only reads data (and lights up) one of the sticks. my pc shows all 16, and does HW Monitor, and iCue dashboard reads that the stick is there, but the temperature is zero and the light is off.
