I've run both 91 (while I was in California) and 93 (here in Virginia) versions of the same tune (Cobb stage 1 and 2 OTS) on stock Fiesta STs. The difference is noticeable.

Then you'd need to re-fit the stock style equivalents and would end up being more expensive than something similar to a 2860.

It spools close to if not just like a hybrid and has room to grow being cable of 350hp with the right fueling setup.
