WebI had random spotting around week 3-5. I’ve read it can be a sign of overdoing it OR stitches dissolving. I tried to rest more, made sure I wasn’t doing any heavy lifting and my bleeding stopped. I’m 8wpo and haven’t spotted in weeks.
